Have you received your Goodmorning Underwear, and have unfortunately realized that it is the wrong size or damaged? We are sorry to hear that, but we know you have rights!
First of all it is important that you contact us, please let us know if there’s something wrong with the item you have received. You can contact us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or Facebook (@GoodmorningUnderwear).
How can I return a Goodmorning Underwear?
- As mentioned above, please make sure that you contact us, together we’ll come up with the right solution.
- Once you have received your order, you will have 7 days to return the items purchased.
- Please fill in our return form, our Customer Service will be able to provide this for you.
- In case of a damaged item, you will be asked to send pictures of the damage. Please make sure to include your order number.
- If your request for return meets our requirements, please return your order in its original packaging. Please make sure that the original packaging is undamaged and clean.
- Please note that used or unclean items will not be refunded.
- Please bring your package to a PostNL location, find a PostNL location near you through the following link: https://www.postnl.nl/locatiewijzer.
- In case of a damaged item, we will pay the shipping costs for you. Interested in how this works? Please contact us via e-mail: email@example.com or Facebook (@GoodmorningUnderwear).
- If you would like to receive a different size, you will be charged with 50% of the shipping costs. Once we have received your returned item, we will swap it with the right size and send it back to you, with a new Track & Trace code.
- If there is another reason why you would like to return your order, you will be charged with the full amount of the shipping costs.
- If you would like to receive a refund for your returned item, we will make sure that you receive this as soon as possible!
- The total refund will be processed back to your bank account within three to five working days.
